Most new trainers don’t fail because they lack coaching skill.
They fail because they make poor business decisions early and don’t understand the rental model until it’s too late.
Kickstarter exists to bridge that gap.
This program is built and delivered by coaches actively operating in the rental model, not theory-based educators.

Personalised orientation into the business of personal training.

Clear, practical education delivered fortnightly.

Pricing, systems, sales behaviour, and club readiness.

Internship, mentorship, business coaching, or independent support.
Pathway discussions are invite-only and based on suitability.

How the PT industry actually works and where most trainers go wrong.

Pricing, rent, and financial reality in the rental model.

Systems, sales behaviour, and client experience that actually converts.

Club readiness, red flags, and choosing the right pathway forward.

Protected start with reduced financial and operational noise.

Business ownership with strong financial education and accountability.

Full autonomy with strategic guidance and support.

Run your own show with guidance without being isolated.
That’s less than five paid PT sessions at standard rates.
One client. Cost covered.
Limited to 12 participants to ensure quality support and personalised onboarding.

Starting in Adelaide in the late ’90s, Chris embarked on a journey that took him from working with gym members and celebrity guests at a 5-star resort to teaching internationally in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Alaska.
Returning to Australia, Chris successfully launched a Corporate Wellness Centre, earning an Innovation in Business Award which is thriving to this day.
With a passionate desire to share his knowledge, Chris divided his time between managing his first company, a holistic wellness company incorporating massage, nutritional therapy and movement and teaching Certificate IV in Fitness, a passion he continues today.
His journey saw him bring a franchise brand to WA, fulfilling his dream of owning a gym.
Today, Chris operates a lucrative training business in a rental model gym, while dedicating most of his time to nurturing trainers through the Rental Gym Mentors helping trainers excel to $100K revenue and beyond.
Chris’s drive to uplift new trainers stems from both a desire to offer the support he lacked early in his career and a commitment to give back to an industry that has enriched his life immensely.
